Establish a Change Team
Members of the change network include those who have significant political power in the organization. A second important group for a major change effort is the change team. This team, typically composed of no more than 10 selected middle managers and individual contributors, is the tactical arm that charts out action details and supports local managers and change agents in implementing the overall change strategy.
