Executing Change is about moving the change objective (technology installation, restructure, organizational integration, process redesign, new approach to performance management, etc.) to a new level.  Changing may require small to large impacts (as outlined in the Assessing Change Impacts tool) to work content (what one actually does), work context (the setting in which work is performed), technical system (technology, process, tools, methods used to perform work), and personal factors, or some combination of these.
