How Do I Demonstrate Measurable Progress?

A big part of keeping forward momentum in the change is showing progress.  The best way to show progress is to demonstrate it measurably.  Establishing measurable progress is a potent way of generating what are commonly called short-term wins.  Measures of progress  should have three characteristics:

  • Demonstrable – people can see for themselves that the change is real, not hype
