How Do I Stabilize the New Environment and Culture?

Organization culture is much talked about and little understood.  Culture is rooted in deeply held beliefs and values that are difficult to alter.  Organizational norms,  methods,  and approaches are embedded in culture.  If culture is to change,  three things must happen.
